Each year, Heaven Sent Gifts will donate two grave markers. These grave markers serve as special places for family and friends to gather and remember and celebrate the lives of their heavenly children.

These grave markers are also a special celebration of the memories of Hannah Moyer and Sydney Niles—from our own heavenly children to yours.
